This is my page for linking you to some of my interests etc.... As you can read left, I am interested in history pertaining to medieval times and ancient Egypt, and also the tragic story of the Romanovs. Other stuff I am into includes reading sci-fi and fantasy. My favourite author is Terry Pratchett and I have read all of the superb "Discworld" series to date. I also like the "Dragonlance" series (various authors) and R. A. Salvatore's "Drizzt Do'Urden" novels. ************************************************************* Music that I enjoy is predominantly 80's based - well, that was the decade of my teenage years! Frankie Goes To Hollywood, Spandau Ballet, Duran Duran, ahh.... the memories come flooding back! TV - well, naturally, being female, one of my top views has to be "Eastenders" (some really hunky blokes have passed through dreary Walford over the years - see below). But I also like "Hercules" and "Xena" (probably something to do with all that leather gear the guys wear!). ....................................................................... Gorgeous guys galore........ OK, hunk of the century has to be my lovely husband, John- why else would I have married him and had his baby? But other chappies that are rather gorgeous are: (Click on image to enlarge - please be patient while images load) Scrummy Joe Absolom who played Matthew Rose in "Eastenders" Also from the same soap - Martin Kemp - bad boy Steve Owen And Michael Greco - Beppe DiMarco Other hunks: Ben Affleck (especially in "Armageddon") Brad Pitt - only when he had longish hair! The late Brandon Lee in "The Crow" Axl Rose (without the hairspray and make-up!) James Hetfield (Metallica) before the hair cut! And of course, Kevin Smith as Ares in "Hercules" and "Xena" I don't know, I seem to have a thing about goaty beards! Perhaps that's why I "encouraged" John to grow one!!! (The threat of castration may have something to do with preventing him shaving it off!) ************************************************************************************ Some of our favourite linx My favourite robot from "Robot Wars" - Sir Killalot!
We love Futurama! The best site I've found so far is here.
And the kids would never forgive me if I didn't mention Pokemon! This particular site is really good, as it has the full English version of the theme tune on the first page.
